A home-based position where you will be a friendly voice at the end of the phone, providing support and guidance to individuals who need to discuss potential payment difficulties.
An extremely rewarding position, where you will be able to assist customers with simple queries or be required to handle more complex situations, to help find a suitable solution to support their difficulties.
