The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be:
Structured in your recruitment process
Motivated by carving out a career and earning substantial monthly commission
Able to demonstrate a consistent track record in your current marketplace
Expected to manage your day-to-day desk, candidate interviews and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
Supported by a branch Resourcer / Administrator who in turn will help you place candidates and make money!
The Candidate
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have:
Previous recruitment experience including business development / sales
Dedicated, hardworking and ambitious
Have the ability to establish and build long lasting relationships
The aptitude to learn and willingness to become the best within their specific recruiting market
Experienced in working to revenue targets and the ability to demonstrate a consistent track record
