- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company in the Uckfield area who are in search for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Due to continued growth the successful Administrator will have the opportunity to progress and develop their skills further across the business.
The Sales Support Administrator must have 2 plus years’ experience within a similar role. This is a varied and dynamic role in a fast-growing multinational company which involves liaison with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the business and provide day to day support for the sales team with any task that is required.

Sales Support Administrator key responsibilities:
Handling telephone, website and email enquiries, promptly and professionally
Assisting the Sales Manager when required, providing CRM Reports, and administration support
Help generate and track leads using Glenigans and other lead sources
Assisting field salespeople with their administration requirements
Help the external sales team generate sales opportunities by contacting potential customers and discussing their requirement for their products
Qualify leads and book appointments for the external sales team where relevant
Ensure that in liaison with the external salesperson all quotations are contacted promptly, and accurate follow up dates are recorded on the CRM system
Assist in tactical marketing activities, mail shots, lead generation, seminar/event bookings, etc
Ensure that Contractor records are accurate and up to date on their systems and we are easily specified and sourced
Ensure that Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires when received are completed and submitted within the allocated timeframes
Providing of analytical data on sales team performance vs targets
Any other task reasonably expected in this role
Core Requirements
Proven, demonstrable experience working in a busy telephone/IT based customer-services role
General office / business administration experience
Good standard of literacy and numeracy (to GCSE standard or equivalent)
Good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word

Desirable Criteria
Previous sales administration experience would be welcomed
Experience of using Dynamics 365 CRM or another sales database
Previous experience in dealing with Architectural Practices and Security Advisors/Consultants or similar
Direct marketing experience, lead generation, seminar booking arranging mail shots
Previous experience or working knowledge of BIM Objects, NBS Source
Experience in completing Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires (PQQ’s)
