With a workforce of over 3,000, you’ll be joining a small team of 3 others, working for “a fabulous boss” across 4 business units. Ensuring that all day-to-day support to the managers is provided, sometimes on site if the need arises.

Skills:
Qualified to CIPD Level 5 preferred
Knowledge of multi-site HR advisor/BP needs, including ER issues.
TUPE legislation and managing acquisition integrations
Work with senior management on pay and T&C negotiations and consultations and manage trade unions if necessary.
Experience of developing and delivering training across a multi-site environment
Good Microsoft IT skills
Current and full Driving License
