- Lloyd Recruitment Service are pleased to be working with a specialist manufacturer established over 100 years ago, with a fantastic reputation UK and globally. Due to business growth our client is looking to recruit for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to work from a blank canvas as you will be coming in at an exciting time for the business. You will structure, organise, create, and post content across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for aligning the marketing strategies and overall tone of the brands to your work. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to further their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the execution of all paid advertising efforts, SEO, and online data analytics. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will also work closely with Senior Management teams to support the team's customer acquisition goals through lead generation and will use online data to provide insights to help drive marketing decisions for campaigns and day-day activities.
This is a newly created role that will require an experienced marketer with a strong background in B2B & B2C digital marketing and ideally a background in E-commerce.

The role:
Digital marketing to B2B accounts
Digital marketing to B2C accounts
Social media content creation and communication B2C (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Social media content creation and communication B2B (LinkedIn)
Maintenance of amazon web stores
Practical knowledge and experience of Amazon AdWords
Analysis of social media and Amazon campaign effectiveness
Maintain social media, maintenance of Amazon stores, maintenance of our web store, running Amazon AdWords
Create promotional emailers and develop emailer automation campaigns to support the digital funnels
Work closely with Sales to develop the sales promo plan and align all marketing activities to support
All aspects of the company’s digital integration with Amazon - data integrity, how products appear, text, ads, recommendations for campaigns, getting the company going with overseas Amazon affiliates
Grow the Amazon shop business in EMEA by using Magento, CRM and Digital Marketing analytical tools
Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals through Magento
Maintain pricing for existing and newly released products
Manage the creation and distribution of discount codes
Perform regular reporting on data analysis/campaign performance and liaise with departments on conversion rates, unit sales, promotions, web issues etc
Create best practices for landing page content creation for all Shop activities
Conduct regular market research on competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, best practices and industry trends
Link e-commerce with Social Media working closely with the senior management to drive brand awareness and online product sales
Grow our CRM database and align our emailer strategy to direct sales
What you will need:
At least 2 plus years’ experience within digital marketing (B2B & B2C)
Product marketing experience (desirable)
Proven experience at increasing brand awareness through various social media channels and marketing campaigns
Responsible for marketing strategy and budgets
Future line management of a junior marketing executive
Exposure to working for a business with amazon web stores
Background in E-commerce would be advantageous
Team player
High levels of creativity
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Salary £30,000 - £40, 000 depending on experience
Working hours 09:00 - 17:00
