** Hybrid working arrangement currently ** £45-50k p/annum ** 26 days holiday + bank holidays ** PMI ** Car scheme ** Pension – employer contribution up to 10% ** Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm **
Working closely with the Head of Customer Journey and CRM as well as the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the various strategies across all digital channels, including paid, earned, and owned assets, whilst also keeping a customer-centric focus and paying close attention to customer retention and renewals.
As a valued and key player in the wider customer experience team, you’ll also be involved in monthly audits with CEM to ensure the brand is being marketed correctly at retention stage - ensuring alignment, establishing, and maintaining of key relations with customers and business partners is upheld and acknowledged.
Areas of responsibility:
Manage programmes and activities to ensure customers stay with you and renew their contracts
Manage the ongoing optimisation and development of digital marketing initiatives, as well as the content and design of the company's website
Overseeing and management of tendering and negotiation processes for new suppliers
Within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supervise and manage the contact database, as well as aid with lead creation efforts
Manage digital agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of digital marketing programmes, while keeping a holistic view of infrastructure requirements with all website and marketing project execution partners
Along with IT and central departments, oversee the execution of selling online checkout integration
Provide competitive and market insights, including shifts towards higher prices or higher digital investments
Identify actionable insights, put new testing and targeting concepts into action, and prioritise a roadmap of opportunities based on their potential return on investment
Step into the role of digital brand custodian, overseeing best-practice design and tone of voice.
Identify new innovative prospects and industry-leading digital and CRM tactics
Are you able to offer:
4-6 years of digital marketing with experience in acquisition and retention
Strong background in digital marketing including experience/understanding of hands-on campaign management
Relevant experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEO & PPC
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM platform
Familiarisation with web technology
A strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Proven capability of AB testing, and/or MVT, desired to show that you can put in place campaigns that deliver based on well thought through and thoroughly analysed processes
Understanding of UX/UI and a demonstrable understanding of customer journeys essential
Experience managing website development projects along with experience editing content
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, across multiple projects
Passion for remaining up to date with web and digital trends
A commercial customer-first mindset with the ability to identify customer needs
Strong analytical and optimisation skills
