Joining this fabulous Marketing Operations team, you’ll all be working towards the end goals of the company meeting and exceeding its sales targets and subsequent company-wide business growth.
You’ll be working assisting the business to meet and exceed its sales targets producing, managing and delivering marketing activities for their distribution and product lines as follows:
Campaign Marketing
Supporting with the development and delivery of key marketing campaign materials and external communications to achieve maximum impact in the external market
Working as part of a core group on marketing campaign strategic planning from initial ideation through to creation, delivering on time and to budget – with exposure to PR, social media and digital delivery
Working closely with the broader marketing team to ensure that campaign materials and external comms are reflective and aligned to company strategy
Collaborating with SME’s from around the business, to ensure that marketing materials are compliant and updated/maintained as needed across both internal and external facing channels
Customer & Client Marketing
Working with the PR & External Comms Manager to ensure that external communication plans across key customers and client segments, are delivered effectively for maximum impact in the market
Contributing to the delivery of marketing collateral to support sales targets, with a focus on acquisition (lead generation), retention (persistency) and product cross sell
Providing support in delivering ad-hoc marketing requirements for broker and client marketing initiatives including use of presentations, sales collateral, thought leadership content and materials as required
Creating best-in-class marketing materials with a focus on omnichannel
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Experience of working in a marketing environment.
B2b experience desirable.
Organised and experience of working to deadlines.
Good at building relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Able to work cross functionally to deliver goals.
