 We are recruiting a Repairs Administrator, for our client based in Slough.
 
 
 Do you have experience in Repairs and Maintenance?
 Are you available for immediate employment?
 
 
 
 
 
 Supporting the complaints team, you will provide an effective and efficient administration service. You will also liaise with client, operatives and tenants and attend meetings as required.
 
 Duties:
 
 Being a point of contact for the client and customers
 Promoting good working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
 Supporting the scheduling and operational teams to ensure that works are managed in accordance with contract requirements
 Liaising with the Scheduling Team to allocate the Operatives to work.
 Ensuring prompt resolution of queries and complaints, so that commercial targets are met
 Maintain scheduling email inboxes, responding to all queries promptly
