Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Our Reigate based client, are recruiting a People Service Delivery Manager to join and manage their team.
Reporting to the People Director, you will manage all administration processes and systems for the business, including the administration team.
Overall:
Develop and manage the Service Delivery team to ensure effective and timely delivery of the transactional People and Learning administration processes for the business.
Be an advocate for change in developing and improving People processes and procedures.
Supports the People Director with the on-going development of the People Strategy aligned to the needs of business.
Duties:
People related IT Solutions accessible to all
Employee led processes for personal and business-related development.
Systems and processes that meet the requirements of all regulatory authorities
Act as first point of escalation for People queries arising from the team’s activity.
Management of the employee lifecycle process from Pre-employment checks through to post employment referencing to include Starters, Changes to T&C’s, Absence management, Employee Relations, Leavers and Post employment referencing
Initiating and leading best practice sharing and process improvement in the People Operations environment
Lead on customer engagement relating to HR and L&D transactional activity
Take responsibility for the ongoing use and development of electronic systems and processes and implement new technology where required.
Driving standardisation, simplification and automation to support the specific objectives of the People and Learning Strategy to meet efficiency and cost objectives
Accountable for the timely and professional service effectiveness for internal and external stakeholders and providers.
Work collaboratively with People team and colleagues to ensure delivery of a People service to the business and support wider People projects as required
Ensure that all administration is undertaken in a timely and professional manner and in line with set SLA’s.
Manage the production of the monthly People management information dashboard, highlight trends, risks and issues and provide recommendations for improvements
Keep updated of changes in employment legislation and ensure any HR issues are handled compliant with HR policies and employment legislation
Ensuring service delivery activities and future requirements are scheduled appropriately to ensure timely delivery such as annual Pay reviews and Holiday carryover.
Evaluate service effectiveness based on management information and performance against KPI’s and SLA's
Establish and maintain strong relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders
Drive process standardisation and improvement within People Services through team management and by proactively supporting team actions
