Salary up to £45,000
Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working with an expanding client agency, who are recruiting a Paid Social Team Manager - there is flexibility to work from their Surrey or London offices as well as occasionally remotely.
Overview of the role:
To deliver outstanding paid media results across all digital channels. The role requires you to work closely with clients and colleagues, helping them to set up, manage and optimise multiple campaigns.
You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, helping govern overall strategy and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are reached.
You will need to deliver regular reports and actionable insight to both clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, highlighting key trends and offering suggestions for continued improvement.
You will need to manage your team reports, regarding quality of output, personal development, and account allocation.
Duties:
Role Management
Ability to navigate between all client accounts to assist both the team and wider agency
Advanced strategic thinking & comms planning ability
Continually aware of new channel opportunities & how the market is utilising them, seeking opportunities to implement
Help lead on BETA and new strategy implementation across the team
Commercial Acumen
Assist with profitability reporting to Team Lead across all clients
Help define & implement commercial growth plans to drive total client revenue & profitability across the department
Help implement strategies to reduce resource and maximise profitability on clients
Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all clients within the team, both for your given channel and other channels within the business
Leadership & Initiative
Set an aspirational example to junior team members, proactively supporting them regardless of their assigned client
Line manage junior staff, organising training & development alongside regular performance reviews
Be a focal point for team management in a specific regional office
Support the Team Lead in managing staff, clients, tech partners and other internal departments etc.
Strategic Excellence
Co-ordinate cross team training of your digital discipline within regional office where required
Be able to talk comfortably about our other digital channels and the benefits they have for clients
Have a strong working knowledge of cross-channel attribution
Continually help your regional team identify cross sell opportunities across digital
Work with Digital & Client Experience Team Leads to help share knowledge, strategies and opportunities across departments
Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
Competencies
5+ years’ experience working within a Paid Social position. Agency experience is preferable; however, we will consider candidates from client side with experience working within relevant biddable media channels.
