** 36¼ hour per week ** Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm ** Free shuttle bus to and from office ** On-site restaurant ** Weekly pay ** NEST Pension scheme **
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working alongside an international award-winning financial services group, who are keen to recruit a Processing Team Administrator, to join their business on a contract until October 2022.
The role is essentially responsible for transferring of all incoming documents onto their in-house system, allowing for a continued paperless operation for all business divisions to access as required.
Day to day duties will include:
Accurate data and numerical entry skills
Managing and accessing multiple systems to accurately log against relevant business areas
Checking, recording and posting records before making “live”
System to spreadsheet understanding
Key skills
Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Excel and Word
Pride in work, and high attention to detail
Accurate data and numerical entry skills
Scanning experience
