Have you advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, charting and macros.?
Do you have exposure to the import, FMCG / wholesale sectors.?
Are you looking to work for a fast-growing company with plans for future expansion.?
This unique opportunity will call for you to support the business in a combined data analysis and stock planning role.
Working alongside the Directors, you’ll be producing standard, ad hoc and project-based MI, to ensure the continued growth across business areas is monitored and following expectations of the business.
You’ll also be liaising with external contacts (suppliers and clients) to ensure stock levels are maintained inline with forecasted business activities and seasonal challenges.
The ideal person for this role must be able to work well under pressure, and respond quickly to requests for data, which can sometimes be time critical.
Duties:
Analysis of sales data
Stock monitoring, forecasting and planning
Raising Purchase Orders
Stock Reconciliation
Work with suppliers, agents and logistics teams to arrange regular import shipments
Collecting data from different sources, analysing data and producing reports
Creating reports and graphs for presentations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other colleagues throughout the course of the day both verbally as well as over email.
