Do you have experience of diagnosing faults on VoIP, CPS, WLR, Connectivity and Lines.?

Our client is an Ofcom registered and expanding Telecoms company, based in Manchester, and they are offering this role with an immediate start for the right person, so don’t delay sending us your cv for review.
Key responsibilities:
Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation.
Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Liaising with suppliers
Provisioning products and services
Upsell and cross sell additional products and services
The candidate will have:
Proven working experience within the telecoms industry in a support role
Technical knowledge and understanding
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
High attention to detail
Effective organisational and communication skills
Strong telephone manner
Hold all work-related information and materials confidential
