- Temporary Team Administrator
 
 Ongoing Temporary Administrator sought to start asap, with a leading retail company in Wimbledon.
 
 You’ll be working within the sales administration team at their head office, assisting the team in a range of support tasks, to ensure that their roles run as smoothly as possible.
 
 Key duties will include:
 
 Processing information and data on the in-house system
 Invoice processing
 General front and back office administration support
 Matching information from internet to details held on record internally
 Answering inbound telephone calls, and re-directing them to appropriate person or team
 Updating and amending records held on the in-house database system.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You’ll need to be:
 
 Confident communicating face to face, over the phone and on emails
 Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the internet
 Able to work accurately and quickly in a busy administration based role
 Happy to hit the ground running after initial training
