Hourly rate: £15-19.00 p/hour

My client is a corporate internationally based company, and from January 2022, they need some additional assistance in their Finance Department.
You’ll be familiar with the day-to-day duties of a professional finance team, and the duties undertaken by an Accounts Assistant, including familiarity with:
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals – experience of using Workday would be very beneficial
Recording and filing cash transactions
Controlling credit and chasing debt
Invoice processing and filing
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
Bank reconciliation
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
You’ll need to have a confident and intermediate level of experience using Excel, as well as Word & Outlook for general day to day communications within the business.
