 ** £12 per hour ** 6 Month Temporary Contract ** Friendly Team **
 Monday - Friday only - No weekends or Bank Holidays ** Star of the Quarter ** Quarterly Team Events ** On the Spot Reward Scheme **
 
 Your role will be to provide claims administration support and advice to corporate clients, their members and dependants and individual customers, as well as assisting with account queries.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Pre-authorise claims with the relevant insurer or provider on behalf of the patient.
 Keep notes on the computer system regarding progress and claims using the scripting facility.
 Confirm treatment eligibility to the claimant via phone, e-mail, or SMS
 Make follow up calls to patients who have had surgery or an in-patient stay
 Advise on the use of cash plans, dental and travel insurance policies
 Refer to or liaise with nurses if clinical advice is required
 Check consultant and anaesthetist fees if requested and confirm cover with the hospital
 Resolve invoice and payment queries relating to the member
 Assist the sales team by providing general advice and guidance about the advocate service.
 Assist with other helpline calls on all advocate schemes
 Liaise with insurers regarding general claims queries for advocate and healthcare concierge schemes
 Develop a rapport with insurers and providers to promote the company as a business
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Healthcare Concierge Accounts Queries:
 
 
 Inform the Line Manager of any situations which may lead to complaints
 Liaise with insurers and providers regarding unpaid invoices to resolve member queries, recording details on patients’ history
 To liaise with Business Support to make payments to providers
 Provide courteous and professional telephone assistance to callers
 Support the Healthcare Concierge team in the provision of service to its clients
