 ** Immediate start ** 5-month contract ** £12.00 p/hr ** weekly pay ** paid holiday ** pension contribution **
 
 We are seeking someone with good administration, IT and customer service skills, to be the first point of contact for the client and customers as well as provide administrative support to the team.
 
 Any previous experience or exposure to planning roles would be advantageous, but not essential.
 
 Overall Purpose of the role:
 
 To effectively manage the administration of the contract
 Supporting the Support Centre Manager and Partnership Administrator
 Providing the client with accurate and up to date advice and information regarding contract performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Accountabilities:
 
 Providing support & advice on procedures and performance levels
 Promoting and encouraging information & knowledge share between the company and the client
 Monitoring performance against targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and creating reports for colleagues as required
 Attending meetings with client and other parties as requested
 Retrieving & inputting information into IT / manual systems
 Inputting works orders in accordance with contract requirements
 Processing & providing information to all parties involved in order to progress work
 Maintaining correspondence and accurate management of contract paperwork & ongoing maintenance of files
 Ensuring prompt resolution of queries & complaints received by phone, fax, email, letter
 Monitoring client satisfaction and address issues, escalating as necessary.
 Following correct protocol in dealing with client & customers
 Developing lines of communication in accordance with client & customer needs
 Providing client & customers with technical support & solutions
