Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working once again with one of our longest standing clients within the Pharmaceutical sector.
We are on the lookout for an Associate Regulatory Business Coordinator to act as a central point of contact for designated business areas; providing project and administration support across multiple lines.
Job Responsibilities
Works on a rotational basis to monitor and respond to business requests received via a shared mailbox and additionally responsible for the ownership of assigned projects and SME activities.
Operational and project management office support to enhance goal clarity, project coordination, and organisational efficiency as well as ensuring delivery of actions and goals.
Coordination of business data (e.g. headcount, monitoring budget) acting as single point of contact for Business Operations reporting.
Responsibility for regulatory financial data and payment of associated invoicing (EMA, MHRA, HPRA), ensuring payments are made within deadlines to avoid impact to submission delivery
Participation in business operations and other ad hoc projects, prioritising and executing actions to meet stated deadlines and objectives
Accountability for inspection readiness and reporting of metrics/compliance reporting for designated areas of support (including advising requirements and ensuring actions completed in line with policy and Country specific employment laws).
Develops, maintains and coordinates SharePoint sites and electronic filing relevant to designated areas of support.
Ownership of Information Management including contact lists, project responsibility list, Country distribution lists, Newsletters, Town Halls etc.
Administration of regulatory and technical documentation – such as preparation of cover letters and forms, collation of submissions pieces and provision of submission ready formatting
Administration of global regulatory points of contact via PCON COMPASS/Spotfire working with business contacts to ensure updates are made within SLA deadlines
Acts as central point of contact and proficient in use of specific internal regulatory systems as required to support key activities (eg GDMS, PEARL).
Coordination of end to end Identification Process tasks – managing onboarding/offboarding, provision of access to systems and assignment of curricula to ensure full compliance with security requirements
Ensures timely updates of process job aids to ensure compliance maintained and business continuity provided through knowledge availability.
Proposes process improvements for regulatory functions carried out throughout the department and across other lines
Provides support for other team members during periods of absence when business needs dictate, providing business continuity at all times.
Travel co-ordination and supporting travel documents for designated senior colleagues
Complex non-standard meeting organisation including Quarterly Town Halls and large off site events (with attendance as required)
Handles confidential and sensitive information in support of organisational and associated resourcing changes.
