Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established market leader, who are seeking to increase their Project team with a Junior Coordinator.
This role will involve supporting projects from the time the sales is transferred from the sales consultant. until its completion and transfer to the service department.
The duties of the role:
Day-to-day client relations.
Assisting with planning and progression of projects (site surveys, pre-project costings, RAMS, planning, sub contract orders, variations, engineer scheduling etc.)
Assisting with the closing of the project (client handover pack completed, certificates, final invoicing etc.)
Contribution in managing the work flow gaining critical information from all stakeholders (suppliers, stores, designers, consultants, sub-contractors or clients) to maintain the critical time path for all projects.
Tracks and reports progress as needed.
Is aware of when escalation of issues is required and escalates as needed to the Project Manager and company management.
Projects include the installation of renewable energy systems on domestic and commercial projects throughout the UK.
