Overall Job Purpose
This is intended to be a dual role with QHSE responsibility for company’s HQ and also for the EMEA sales companies. You will manage the QHSE programmes and policies within specified areas and to ensure the company meet the corporate and local requirements thought QMS and ISO accreditations.
You will also develop and support an emerging focus on sustainability by engaging with and motivating employees with tangible environmental targets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Group meets the Companies facilities management and QHSE compliance (ISO9001, ISO14001, QMS)
Develop QHSE policies for and provided appropriate support for European Sales companies. This includes providing supporting information for projects, providing H&S support and training for staff
Maintenance of the H&S, environmental and Quality manuals and communication to all employees
Completion of regular Quality, H&S and Environmental audits
Manage and report on NCN for the Group hub and OEM suppliers
Work with HR to conduct training and inductions for new starters and exiting employees
Work with Group Sustainability manager and actively drive the sustainability actions within Group globally
Experience
Essential
QHSE management, policies and processes
Experience working in a multi-site international company
Project Management
H&S experience with NEBOSH qualification
Sustainability – ISO45001 and ISO14001
Desirable
Experience working with sales companies to provide compliance information on tenders
Experience working with field based Engineers to ensure H&S compliance whilst working on site (creating RAMS etc)
Experience working within new construction
