Fabulous opportunity for someone to join an established international and award winning company in central Basingstoke.
Are you available immediately for work Monday to Friday?
Can you commit to 9-5pm hours?
Do you live within a commutable distance from central Basingstoke?
Have you got 6-mths office administration experience?
Weekly paid via ourselves - accruing holiday and pension contributions
You’ll be handling the departments email activity:
Opening and checking subject matter - new enquiry, updates, complaints
Forwarding messages onto relevant colleagues for actioning
Requesting guidance from more senior colleagues on any "unsure of what to do with this" email
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for diary management
TEAMS is used for any virtual meetings
This role will not require extensive telephone liaison
Working Options:
First 2 weeks you’ll be receiving training in the office at Basingstoke
Once trained, you’ll be able to work from home as well as in the office (upto 10 days a month)
Excellent booking system available to reserve desk space
Limited free parking available on site until Jan 2022

This is an administration role, it will not require someone to be on the phones all the time, so hopefully it’ll appeal to you, if you’re not keen on high volume telephone work!
