Lloyd Recruitment Services, are looking for an administrator to join an expanding team in Leatherhead.
You can be from an administration or customer services background, keen to learn and work in an interesting / busy team environment.
Full training will be provided to get you up to speed, and contributing quickly to this busy department.
Once fully trained, an option for part office, part remote working can be considered.
The role will be a mixture of administration support to colleagues across the business team, handling calls and enquiries from colleagues and clients, collating and sending out information packs and actioning them on the computer system once received back.
The ideal candidates will have the following:
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good level of numeracy required.
Previous experience in an administration or customer service environment.
Strong team working ethic and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
A strong customer focused approach to working is essential.
