Part Time Opportunity 21 hours per week
Five hours on a Monday – other days / hours flexible
£12.00 per hour
We are searching for individuals with previous customer service experienceto join a corporate and international company, working in the Financial Services industry - NO Financial Services experience required
Full Training Provided
First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
Handling up to 40 - 50 calls per day
Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
Responding to Web Chat
Responding to business emails
Handling escalated calls on occasions
Experience:
Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven
A passion for customer service
Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
