Working closely with and supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Manager you will provide full HR advisory and administrative support dedicated to an ever growing business.

The Individual
Previous HR experience
Experience of handling high volumes of recruitment, including scheduling and attending interviews
Proven experience of implementing new systems
Experience working on projects
Exposure / experience covering areas of Employee Relations / ER
Happy to travel to other office locations
Happy to provide full administrative to the team
Duties:
Support HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner as appropriate by ensuring the necessary approvals are in place, advertising, collating CVs, liaising with agencies, scheduling recruitment meetings, booking interviews and relevant basic assessments. Coordinating the interview feedback and associated documentation.
Coordinating the vacancies via the recruitment platform
Participating in interviews as required.
Administration associated with processing new starters.
Scheduling and completing 1-month and 3-month employee check-ins during probation period.
Coordinating, participating in and documenting exit interviews.
Support with administration and scheduling associated with disciplinary, grievance, performance and/ attendance management meetings. Ensuring all paperwork is accurate. Take notes at meetings as required.
Providing first-line generalist HR advice to managers as required to support the HR Business Partner.
Dealing with employee queries.
Ensuring that all documentation is prepared, updated and filed appropriately.
Coordinating the monthly payroll process, including preparing supporting documentation and working with Finance Team to deliver an accurate and timely payroll service.
Pension administration including monthly reporting and
HR database management, ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained.
Handling administration and preparing all documentation associated with starters, leavers, promotions, transfers, etc., and ensuring all tasks on checklist completed in an accurate and timely manner.
HR data reporting and analysis e.g. monthly reporting requirements, dashboards
Manage the Shared HR Inbox, prioritising actions and ensuring activities are completed in a timely manner.
Support benefit management and benefit renewals.
Help coordinate and administer the salary and bonus reviews and any benchmarking that may be required.
Interviews taking place a.s.a.p.
The successful individual will need to possess a full driving license
