- Clinical Packaging Coordinator
Term: 12-month temporary contract
Hourly rate: £14 – 24.00 p/hour (dependent upon level of experience)
Pay: Weekly pay via PAYE – Holiday and Pension Scheme enrolment
We are on the hunt for a Clinical Packaging Coordinator to join an international organisation on a 1-year fixed term contract.
This company provides reliable packaging solutions to customers of a high standard, linked to the pharmaceutical sector.
You will be supplying the team in day to day administration duties and ensuring that any matters arising in the development of practical and efficient packaging designs run smoothly at all stages and within deadlines.
This will be a fast-paced role, but a keen eye for detail is essential to keep errors to a minimum.
Key duties:
Communicating and liaising with internal and external contacts including stakeholders
Assess package requirements and ensure the correct materials are being used
Work with internal contacts to drive the progress of the packaging operation to ensure timelines are met
Develop relationships with other packaging organisations
Dealing price discrepancies and cost estimation
Compare quotations received from customers and raise any issues with line management
Review labelling to ensure it meets requirements
Use project management skills to plan, schedule and assess risks to complete the job
Maintaining on-time delivery to the customer
Key Skills:
Experience in a clinical supply chain (3 yrs+ ideally)
Previous working knowledge of packaging and project environments would be very beneficial.
Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
Articulate in both verbal and written communication
Good attention to detail
Excellent numerical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time – within strict deadlines and guidelines of the industry.
Due to the nature of the organisation, you will be required to pass security screening, including DBS.
