Excellent opportunity to join a corporate and international company, working in the Financial Services industry – NO Financial Services experience required

Customer Service Advisor
** 3 - 6 month temporary contract ** Temp to perm opportunity ** £12 per hour **
Ideally we are looking for individuals who have already gained previous call centre and / or telephone experience, the successful individuals will be required to communicate to a high standard, providing first class support and service to clients and customers.
Duties:
First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
Handling up to 40 - 50 calls per day
Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
Responding to Web Chat
Responding to business emails
Handling escalated calls on occasions
Experience:
Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven
A passion for customer service
Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
