Schedule:Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Dates: ASAP until the end of Dec 2021 currently
We are pleased to supporting our client on their new project, which requires a number of temporary Archive Centre Operatives.
The main purposes of this role:
To carry out safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of client’s records and providing a high standard of storage, indexing and retrieval services.
Duties
Completing relevant paperwork as required, and following the processes as documented in the procedure’s manual.
Ensuring highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Reporting any issues to your Supervisor / Line Manager immediately.
Ensuring that you are working to the Operating Procedures and that any changes to these procedures areauthorisedbefore being implemented.
Ensuring records are picked and handled in the appropriate manner.
Ensuring correct download of PDT and correct resolution for onward review.
