** Temporary Opportunity ** Work from Home ** Work for an internationally brand name ** Start date 31st August 2021 **
An opportunity has arisen with our well-established client, based across the UK, and we are searching for an individual with previous pensions and complaints experience, to join a friendly team.
Your role will include:
Handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Maintaining and updating case files and database records
Assisting more senior colleagues with all ad hoc duties
Contacting clients / customers for additional information
Develop technical knowledge relating to the pensions industry
Team orientated able to work to targets and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
Maths & English GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
Fully IT proficient
Experience within complaints handling
Previous administrative experience
Able to pass Criminal Records and Credit Checks
