- Lending & Loans Administrator
** Current work from home opportunity – however you must live close enough to enable you to travel to central Leatherhead when required / return to the office **
** Friendly and Fun Team ** Salary £20k - £21750k **
Supporting the Brokers with all areas of loan management, the successful individual will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will learn a multitude of skills covering customer service, loan management, audit, quality assurance and internal stakeholder management.
We are ideally looking for individual who have a minimum of 12 months experience.
The Individual:
Highly organised
Able to work to deadlines
Enjoy working to targets and enjoying a challenge
Fully IT proficient
Confident, friendly and professional communicator
Duties:
Liaise with both internal and external customers providing support in ensuring their needs are met
Email response to queries
Change bank details
Cancellations
Payment date changes
Appropriate removal of recovery codes
Keying of data
Preparation of data for keying
Contract changes
Setting up of schemes
Maintain and action daily reports
Preparation and obtain “sign off” of payment requests
