- Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - 2 month assignment
Opportunity for a bright and focused individual who would like to work for a leading organisation near Reigate.
The successful individual will provide full processing and administrative support of supplier invoices (Purchase Ledger) and applications, ensuring accurate and timely payments and rejections have been processed, logged and corrected.
With high levels of attention to detail and accuracy, the individual will be highly numerate and be able to work to targets and under pressure.
Please be advised that this position requires high-volumes of data entry and processing.
The Individual
Previous experience of purchase ledger and book keeping experience
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent numeric and analytical skills
Team working
Excellent organisational skills
Self-motivated
Calm under pressure
Previous data entry experience
Preferred:
COINS Purchase ledger experience
Subcontract ledger understanding would be very advantageous
