Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an individual to join an expanding organisation in a very varied role, so if you’re looking for your next challenge this could be the opportunity for you.



Working for this growing and passionate organisation, who genuinely invest in their staff, you will be required to support with the scheduling activities of a team of seven engineers, whilst also working alongside and supporting a team of five Project Managers.



In turn, you’ll also be assisting the Project Managers with the completion of their projects on time, and ensure the engineers are completing their tasks in line with their deadlines.



Alongside the above you will be required to run CRM reports for senior management, so the ability to use Excel and other CRM packages is a must - although training on specific system used will be provided. You will be approachable and have pride in your work, and enjoy taking responsibility for various duties.

The Individual:



  • High organised - able to work to targets and timescales


  • Excellent IT skills (Intermediate - Advanced on Excel)


  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills


  • Previous administrative experience


  • Report writing / creation / manipulation


  • Confident, approachable and friendly communicator


  • Previous CRM experience (MS Dynamics an advantage)
