We are searching for a Receptionist who is available immediately, to join our client in the local area.
With previous front of house experience you will be a professional and friendly communicator, ensuring a positive first impression is provided at all times.
Assisting with couriers, deliveries and postal duties, you will need to be organised and fully proficient on MS Office.
Duties:
Meeting and greeting at reception.
Taking inbound calls and taking accurate messages for absent colleagues.
Managing diary for meeting room and confirming by email any arrangements / changes.
Ensuring that all areas, including meeting rooms are kept clean and presentable at all times, arranging refreshments for meetings.
Invoicing and ordering of office sundries
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Competent level of IT proficiency
Positive attitude and good communication skills
