Lloyd Recruitment Services has been established for over 25 years and due to continued growth are looking for a Resourcer / Administrator to support the branch, with all aspects of the recruitment process.
As a Recruitment Resourcer your responsibility will be attracting/resourcing candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent vacancies.
There will be some client contact initially to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. You will attract candidates by creating adverts, networking, headhunting and developing referrals. You will screen and interview candidates, perform background checks, and match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
Being a Recruitment Resourcer is challenging and an exciting role, which involves:
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. generic/specialist job boards, b2b press)
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Completing a search of the candidate database (internal /external) to find the ideal candidate for the client’s vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
Requesting candidate references and checking the suitability of applicants
Briefing the candidate in accordance with the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients
Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client
Informing candidates regarding the results of their interviews
