Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, supporting projects from the time the sale is transferred from the sales consultant, until it’s completion and transfer to the service development.

 

Key Duties:

• 
  Assisting with planning and progression of projects (site surveys, pre-project costings, RAMS, planning, sub contract orders, variations, engineer scheduling etc.)


• 
  Assisting with the closing of the project (client handover pack completed, certificates, final invoicing etc.)


• 
  Contribution in managing the work flow gaining critical information from all stakeholders (suppliers, stores, designers, consultants, sub-contractors or clients) to maintain the critical time path for all Projects


• 
  Tracking and reporting progress as needed for colleagues and regular reviews


• 
  Is aware of when escalation of issues is required and escalates as needed to the Project Manager and company management

 

Essential Areas:

• 
  Full clean driving licence


• 
  IT skills: MS Applications at intermediate level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook


• 
  Basic Mechanical or Electrical knowledge or understanding

 

Desirable Areas:

• 
  Degree or degree equivalent


• 
  Management experience or qualification


• 
  City & Guilds Level 2/3 Plumbing


• 
  City & Guilds 18^th Edition or Electrical qualification
