** 6 month temporary position ** central London location ** Hourly Rate £15 **
Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team, where you will provide support coordinating and delivering marketing activities.
This position focuses on delivering innovative programs, managing and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities, and we are looking for individuals with Social Media and Internal Communications experience.
You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of marketing activities and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets including social media, website updates, podcasts, newsletters and events.
Duties
Support the delivery of agreed marketing plans and programmes
Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the CoE’s (Communications, Design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes
Work alongside the event management teams to deliver client events
Responsible for the delivery of digital marketing including website and social media
Support development of thought leadership working with business stakeholders as well as editorial team
Evaluate marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs and advise / guide to improve future marketinginitiatives
Manage the marketing mailing activity ensuring that mailing lists are accurately built according to their target audience and via co-ordination with relevant LOB administrators, ensure that contact data is up-to-date.
Actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability
Support and coordinate update of marketing planners and activity schedules
Support and coordinate internal communications to ensure businesses are kept informed of marketing activities, latest materials and campaigns. This includes the intranet and standalone marketing communications
Requirements
Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional services or a B2B environment
Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online media (e.g. print, direct mail, email marketing)
Strong project management skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
