- Neighbourhood Officer – General Needs
We are assisting a local housing association in their search for a new Neighbourhood Officer to concentrate on their General Needs activities.
You’ll play a key role in creating safer communities by providing customers with a high quality housing management service, dealing with tenancy management and preventing ASB.
The Role;
Work towards and continue to build and maintaining positive image and relations with all residents and internal departments.
Assist with allocation; viewings and sign ups, and ensure continued support and safeguarding as required.
Inspect allocated areas, to ensure that the borough is within H&S requirements.
Managing internal transfers including applications and property visits.
Oversee mutual exchange applications, and subsequent activities alongside tenants
Liaise with relevant colleagues / department to follow up any problematic situations, assisting to gain early resolutions wherever possible.
