Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting for a leading UK financial services organisation that seek an experienced Sales Support Executive to work as part of the sales team, who are responsible for managing relationships with the legal profession, onboarding new solicitors and growing the family and probate product.
Our client provides litigation funding for Family, Probate, Clinical Negligence and Civil Litigation proceedings. Funding is provided to the customer through their network of intermediaries, which includes solicitors, brokers and legal cost consultants.
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting account management activities through providing regular sales reporting, maintaining solicitor records on the CRM system, coordinating events, working with Marketing to create and deliver marketing campaigns, telephony based relationship management of solicitor panel, and resolving solicitor queries.
Reporting
Produce regular reporting of solicitor and Account Director performance
Coordinate regular solicitor survey across solicitor panel
Draw insights from reports to help direct commercial activity and improve performance
Administration
Update Salesforce CRM system data ensuring alignment with loan platform
Work with Operations Support and Loan Management Team to manage any solicitor issues, such as re-signing terms
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across Sales team are documented in a consistent manner in line with bank framework and regularly reviewed
Relationship Management
Support Account Directors with account management of solicitors via telephone and email channels
Maintain CRM system ensuring all solicitor interaction is tracked with follow up actions
Assist the progression of applications in workflow through to case funding
Marketing
Build the brand through working collaboratively with key industry groups
Collaborate with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver successful events from start to finish
Distribution of marketing collateral across solicitor panel
Work with marketing to plan solicitor campaigns, including drafting content in line with the Financial Promotions procedure and providing solicitor data
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous sales support experience is essential, ideally gained within the finance, legal or other regulated industry. Previous sales/client management experience is also essential.
Applicants should have be highly competent in the use of Excel, and previous experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
