- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an Administrator to join their Epsom team.
Providing full support to the Consultants and Branch Manager, working in a team of five, you will be required to assist with recruitment queries and all administration.
Working in a fast-paced office where no two days are the same, you will be a confident and friendly communicator with excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls from candidates and clients
Making outbound calls to candidates and clients
Resourcing and searching for candidates
Answering payroll queries
Assisting with new marketing ideas
Ensuring referencing and compliance checks are completed
All associated administration and updating the database
The Individual:
Confident and friendly communicator
Excellent grammar and spelling
High levels of attention to detail
Confident on Word, Excel and able to use in-house databases
Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment
Able to think outside the box and enjoy working as part of a team
