- Provisioning & Support Team Member
£20-25k Basic ~ Mon to Fri ~ 9.00-5.30pm ~ Maternity Leave Contract Initially ~ FIXED TERM for 6-9 months, with view to expanding into Permanent role thereafter
Are you free for the next 9 months to work for our client in Manchester (M7).?
Would you be keen to move into a permanent role after the contract is completed.?
Do you have previous helpdesk / fault diagnosis experience from busy B2B team.?
Have you worked in a Provisioning support role before.?
The role:
You’ll be responsible for initial telephone support to our clients customers via fault diagnosis and resolution calls
Escalating queries and concerns to senior colleagues if outside of remit
Liaising with suppliers for parts / order statuses
You’ll be able to bring the following skills to the team:
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
High attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
Accurately record all work-related information and accounts as applicable for the team
