- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a global company in Crawley who are looking for a Global HR Advisor to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis.
 
 This role will support the Senior Managers in providing a high-quality all-round HR support to the business. Working as part of a global HR team you will provide comprehensive HR advice and support and act as point of contact for HR. You will provide support and advice to managers and employees, oversee group training requirements, work with the regional managers on recruitment activities and ensuring all necessary HR documentation is maintained including the monthly analytics.
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 Support the department managers in dealing with HR generalist enquiries
 Lead monthly HR catch-up meetings with regional managers
 Maintain the HR Database and files, including global organisation chart
 Maintain online absence management system
 Generate monthly statistics for employee analytics
 Co-ordinate training activities
 Co-ordinate the performance and development review process
 Co-ordinate the probation review process for new employees
 Maintaining the recruitment database, resourcing candidates and improving recruitment methods
 On boarding new employees and ensuring requirements are in place working with the regional managers
 Processing HR documentation and general HR administration, including starter/leaver notifications
 Collating monthly payroll changes for outsource bureau
 Managing the global Health and Safety at work requirements
 Support the management team on various people strategies and projects
 Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
 Occasional travel may be required
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and experience:
 
 
 CIPD qualification or part qualification
 Proven HR experience in a similar role
 Qualification in UK HR legislation
 European / global HR legislation experience an advantage but not essential
 Driving licence essential
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge and skills:
 
 
 Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
 Strong communication skills both verbal and written
 Confident and approachable manner
 Experience of working in a global company
 Some knowledge of Health and Safety an advantage
 Reliable, flexible and must be able to work under pressure
 Ability to prioritise own workload
