Opportunities for customer service focused individuals, to join an established business with over 45 years successful trading, and who have recently merged with an international brand name.
We are looking for applications from those who are looking to start their career and establish themselves within an organisation, or those who are looking to continue to develop their existing experience.
Excellent onsite facilities, stable industry.
** 29 hours per week, with either a Wednesday or Thursday Off **
Duties:
Responding to incoming calls from B2B and B2C customers
Respond to online chat and email queries
Ensuring systems and portals are updated and logged
Able to work to deadlines and targets
Experience:
Excellent telephone and communication manner
Previous call centre an advantage, but these roles are open to those who are looking to start their career
Able to follow / learn processes and work in regulated environment
