Executive Relationship Manager

 

£30-40k ~ Discretionary Performance Related Bonus ~ Easily Accessible Via Southern Rail

 

 

Our client is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager to promote their core products to a targeted SME market.

 

Being the face of the business at all times, you’ll manage your own portfolio, identifying potential new opportunities and upselling wherever possible.  With contracts across many of the top suppliers, you’ll be able to come up with competitive options to ensure that the best deal is achieved.  In line with expansion plans, new products and services are being introduced all the time, so further options to grow your experience across the sector is possible. 

 

The role will involve:



  • Maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships


  • Creating tenders and management of end to end process


  • Managing product / service mix, pricing and margins in line with commercial targets


  • Using the company CRM to record all actions


  • Contract renewals


  • Cross -selling additional services


  • Bringing in new sales leads


  • Responding to and following up on sales enquiries


  • Managing pricing and margins according to agreed targets


  • Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships


 

Requirements:



  • Client account management experience


  • Strong stakeholder management skills


  • Confident sales and negotiation skills to upsell and introduce new services and packages
