Huddersfield
Office Based ~ No Weekends ~ Immediate Start
We are assisting our client who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Initially on a temporary basis, there is a possibility this could be extended.
As the Sales Administrator you will be working with the local and national Sales teams to ensure a high level is service is delivered to clients and customers.
You will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries and you will provide desk based troubleshooting and assistance relating to orders, account statuses and other ad hoc issues.
Duties:
Maintaining relationships with portfolio accounts
Dealing with incoming sales and enquiries via telephone, email and B2B functions
Promote a world class customer service experience
Make the business easy to deal with and make customer journeys simple
Experience:
1-2 years in a customer service / sales support environment
Working in an agile SME with high levels of growth and change
A clear understanding of all sales department functions
Understanding of FMCG and how Sales and other business functions work together
Knowledge of Sales functions
