- Customer Service Administrator
 
 Providing full Administration support to the customer service team.

 Fixed term contract initially until the end of September & December 2021, however we are keen to receive applications from individuals who would like to stay longer, and this could potentially lead into a permanent position.
 
 Supporting our clients Customer Service team, the successful individuals will support the team with all elements of administration relating to new and existing applications.
 
 Duties:
 
 Entering all finance applications
 Logging and scanning all incoming documentation
 Creating finance packs for new customers
 Speaking to internal contacts and raising queries with senior colleagues when required
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Previous administrative experience
 Excellent attention to details and inputting skills
 Friendly communicator
 Able to work to targets and deadlines
 Must have GCSE in Maths and English (grade C or above, or equivalent)
