£25k – £30k ~ Nest Pension~ Private Healthcare
20 days holiday ~ Full time – Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm ~ Onsite parking
Rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established business supporting their sales and marketing department.
Duties will include:
Sales progression
Managing solicitors/estate agents/purchasers/surveys
Proactively moving the sales journey from reservation to completion, providing weekly reporting
Liaising with customers, Councils, internal departments and instructing external contractors for services to properties
Administrative duties including producing sales reports, meeting minutes, price lists, CML’s invoices for signature, research on New Development areas and demographics and related sales admin
A flexible proactive approach is needed to changing circumstances and the evolving needs of the business
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong administration experience, not necessarily within property
A passion for providing exceptional administrative support to the Sales Team
Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
