Sales Support Administrators
Are you looking to work in a small team, who provide all the back up support to the internal and external sales teams?
An exciting opportunity awaits a competent administrator with experience of supporting fast moving sales professionals.
Working under direction and guidance of your Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for all incoming calls and emails to the team, handling queries and enquiries, following up with documentation as required of your colleagues, setting up new accounts on the database, amending records with any changes, researching activity of previous contacts, and passing on findings to the team to action and basically being one of the “go to team”.
What you can offer to the role:
You’ll have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
Ideally, you’ll already have some exposure to a busy sales environment.
A can-do attitude with a professional approach at all times
Confident liaising with internal and external contacts on a regular basis
Competent IT / Database user – full training provided on their in-house system.
