Lloyd Recruitment Services have an excellent opportunity for a keen and motivated individual, to join our client’s Order Processing Team in the Reigate area.
With contacts based internationally, you’ll be liaising with offices in the UK as well as overseas, on a daily basis, so the ability to prioritise is a must to meet deadlines.
Duties:
Processing orders and liaising with customers and supply chain to ensure all orders are fulfilled
Ensuring orders are processed accurately from the off, and raising any potential issues to your manager
Monitoring deliveries and making sure any issues or delays are promptly acted upon
Assist with reconciling reports to third parties and promptly following up on any discrepancies
Accurately recording all products delivered and confirming all delivery paperwork is received correctly
Compiling customer weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management for review
Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience of inputting data and dealing with customers
Thorough attention to detail as well as being comfortable working under pressure
Proven organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
A positive team player with a “can do” attitude
Excel and Microsoft Office applications experience
