- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd are delighted to be working with a local company, in their search for a Temporary Human Resources Administrator - initially joining on a 3 month basis.
This will be an ideal opportunity to gain exposure in a busy HR department, with multiple recruitment activities across all business sectors - temporary, permanent and contract.
You will ideally have gained an entry level qualification within HR, and be very happy to work remotely, due to the new business model adopted from the pandemic, they are only returning to the office as and when required for face to face meetings.
If you are a reliable, professional and hardworking individual, who will provide full administrative support to an established Human Resources department, we are keen to hear from you.
To get you ahead of other applicants, you will have already gained previous experience within an HR function, as you’ll be responsible for:
Updating of confidential employee records
Sending out standard and non-standard correspondence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Taking and actioning messages in colleague’s absences / under guidance from senior team members
Recording documents to prove Right to Work
Filing and scanning
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ad hoc tasks set by senior HR colleagues
