- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company in the Uckfield area who are looking for Archiving Clerk to help assist with an ongoing project on a temporary basis.
On-going temp work until project is completed
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 40 hrs p/w
£10 p/h
Main responsibilities:
Ensure fully compliant documentation is archived and filed in the correct folder
Sort and archive folders into dedicated software system
Ensure data accuracy
Archiving over 50,000 documents so must have good attention to detail and be able to handle sensitive information
High levels of data inputting of live client information
Essential skills:
Previous experience archiving documents (essential)
Experience handling sensitive information
Demonstrates a proficiency in organisational skills and thoroughness
Demonstrates intermediate IT literacy including Excel
Committed to working the full assignment
On-going temp work
