- Lloyd Recruitment Service are pleased to be working with some fantastic employers in the local area who are in urgent need of Call Centre Agents to join their teams.
Have you got a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy liaising with customers on the phone? Are you good at building rapport with customers?

Our clients aren't your typical call centre environments, NO sales... NO outbound calls... so, if you enjoy all the above but seeking a different working environment, we may have the perfect roles for you!
Key duties:
Answering high levels of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service (no outbound calls)
Answering a wide range of customer enquires
Provide technical support to Customers (training will be provided)
Managing inboxes for all queries / following up customer requests and orders
Working closely with the sales teams for current and aftersales enquires
Assisting with other departments, providing support when required
Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Key skills:
Must have clear, confident, and professional telephone manner
Previous experience working in a call centre or handling high-volume of inbound calls (preferred)
Confident handling customer issues and escalating to the management team when required
years' experience in an office-based environment (essential)
Able to advise customers on products and services
Opportunity to progress
Experience using SAP (preferred)
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure and able to work on own initiative
Team player
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Salary ranging from £20K-£22K depending on experience
Monday - Friday standard working hours
